plans, in priority order

1. **Fix the rating drop.** Most one-star reviews this week name the new budget screen; Priya ships a fix on Tuesday.
2. **Android 4.2.** Shared budgets on Android, to 20% of users on Wednesday.
3. **Day-one bank connection to 70%.** Test the new bank search with 10% of signups.
